Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Items
Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
